Time for addons. Personally I use Twitch,simply because I for one am lazy, and it does all the work for you.

You have a few options.

MRP, or MyRoleplay. A simple, but clear addon that allows you to create a profile for your characters, which people with the same, or similar, addons can view. Personally, I find this addon a bit too simple, but it’s easy to look at and understand.

FlagRSP, another quite simple Addon, that is clear and easy to use, but doesn’t have as many options as TRP3. It is rarely used, because the other addons work better together.

TRP3. Or TotalRoleplay/TotalRP 3. TRP3 memorizes your profiles, from all your characters and allows you to organize your profile page (to an extent of course). it is more diverse, allowing you to make emotes for NPCs and pets.

These following addons are optional.

GHI; Gryphon Heart items. An item-creation addon that allows you to make items easily and enables you to trade them with other people, as well as send them over the mailbox; as long as the other person has the same addon.

Tongues; A language addon, that allows you to learn and speak different languages. You are, with this addon, able to add dialects, accents, speech-disorders and anything you might find suitable for your character. Dwarven accents, here we come!

MogIt. An addon that shows all available gear and where to find it. Especially fun for the higher level characters, as you can create your own styles and collect gear sets.

TRP3 Extended; An addon quite similar to GHI, but made especially for TRP3, allowing you to create items and share them with other players.

So. You have your character and one of the addons. Personally, I use TRP3 and a few of the additional addons. But you have to use what suits you. So experiment, or take a chance. Work on the addon, create your profile, and have fun.
